  • This property is equipped with exterior security cameras that are clearly visible and outdoors only

  • Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed

  • Due to geological factors, high winds are frequent in this part of the state, especially in the evening. Be sure not to leave anything outside so it doesn't blow away!

  • This is a high desert location, where a variety of birds, deer, elk, rabbit, bighorn sheep and coyote are commonly found here. In spring and summer, lizards and snakes, such as the gopher snake and the northern pacific rattlesnake can occasionally make an appearance. There are also a variety of bugs that can be kept out of the house by keeping the doors and windows shut.
